The Greek Catholic parish was reactivated by the decree of the Archbishop and Metropolitan of Przemyśl-Warsaw, Jan Martyniak, of September 27, 2001. The first administrator of the parish was Fr. Vasile Stoica. From July 1, 2017, the then Archbishop and Metrypolyta appointed Fr. Bohdan Kryk. The great need of a priest during war is to provide support and good words, as well as to pray fervently for peace and solidarity with Ukraine. One of the main areas of activity of the Church was and remains social service, helping refugees and displaced persons, providing food, clothing, medicines and everything necessary.
