HELP FOR UKRAINE Foundation – OSMTJ Knights Templar Commandery of Poland and Ukraine is a Polish non-governmental organization, which operates under the laws of Poland in the Republic of Poland and abroad. It is not a political organization. The Foundation’s priority is to support those in need. The idea of establishing a Polish-Ukrainian organization came about as a result of the geopolitical confusion that gripped the world after the outbreak of war in Ukraine. This task was undertaken by two Templar founders, a Pole, Robert Kuchma, and a Ukrainian, Mykhaylo Ilnyckyi. The headquarters of the organization is located in Poland, in the Commandery of the Order, the office (delegation) of the foundation in Kiev, Ukraine. The Foundation operates on the territory of the Republic of Poland and abroad. It conducts public benefit activities in an unpaid form. The foundation’s ambitious goals require the best solutions for developing the direction of its activities. The priority of this activity is to support and help those in need, which involves empathy, charity and donor awareness. The Foundation pledges to strengthen and support Ukraine, openly advocates a wide range of activities for Ukrainian refugees, to support and improve the livelihoods of citizens experiencing war, to pursue European integration and Ukraine’s membership in the European Union. The organization also aims to organize projects aimed at cooperation between Ukraine and the European Union, as well as to promote Poland and Ukraine abroad. An important aspect of the foundation’s activities are such topics as equal rights for women and men, economic development, including the development of entrepreneurship towards vocational activation for the unemployed. The foundation’s management attaches great importance to conducting business activities that serve the statutory purposes pursued at home and abroad. The organization creates innovative solutions for the development of technology and science, which open up opportunities for Ukrainians and Poles when implementing them together. The Foundation publishes a magazine – Prestige Magazine who is who in print and digital versions addressed to readers in Poland and abroad.
The Foundation’s Board of Directors consists of a President and a Vice President. The Foundation’s Board of Directors manages the Foundation’s affairs, administers and manages its assets, and is responsible for the proper conduct of the Foundation’s affairs. The Board of Directors develops programs and plans for the organization’s activities with responsibility for the implementation of the statutory objectives. Co-founder and founder of the Foundation, Knights Templar, Knight Grand Croix of the Order, editor-in-chief of the Prestige Magazine who is who, businessman, social activist, volunteer. Master of the Lodge of the Fraternity of the Knights of Spies, founder and co-founder of the EZDI Foundation for Saving the Nation.
As President, he represents the foundation in its external relations and actively works to develop the organization. As an experienced entrepreneur, thanks to his acquired professional knowledge and professional business attitude, he takes care of the foundation’s development. The main aspect of Robert Kuchma’s activities and initiatives was and is effective cooperation with all kinds of organizations from Poland and abroad.
As President of the Foundation, he leads its development based on his own business experience and cooperation with NGOs. As a Knights Templar, he works with the OTJ World Federation of Knights Templar. Supports the charitable activities of Christian organizations. Together with Mykhailo Ilnytskyi, co-founder and co-founder of the foundation, he coordinates the program to bring aid to Ukraine.
Mykhailo Ilnytskyi
Mykhailo Ilnytskyi is a Ukrainian public and political activist, general, law enforcement officer, philanthropist, doctor of legal sciences, founder and chairman of the Ukrainian political party “Community and Law” (2015), co-founder and ideological leader of the All-Ukrainian public human rights organization “Community and Law” (2010).
On the initiative of Mykhail Ilnytsky, a Legal Aid Department was created within the structure of the NGO “Community and Law” to provide legal aid and handle citizen appeals, humanitarian and social work, international cooperation, organization of voluntary and charitable activities. Under the auspices of Mykhail Ilnytsky, there is the Bar Council “Community and Law”, which includes experienced lawyers from all regions of Ukraine with high qualifications and professional qualities.
In 2019, the Fourth Congress of the political party “Community and Law” recommended Mykhailo Ilnytskyi for the office of President of Ukraine, but Mykhailo Ilnytskyi preferred to continue his public activities and ensure law and order in the country. Mykhailo Ilnytskyi is actively involved in scientific work, participates in scientific conferences, round tables, and has authored scientific papers and publications. His achievements in this field are a valuable contribution to the education of young people. The teaching activity in the field of jurisprudence is associated with the Karpatskiy National University of Vasyl Stefanyk and Kiev International University.
Mykhailo Ilnytskyi is deputy editor-in-chief of the Prestige Magazine who is who, which is popular among socio-political elites. He is a spiritual man, so in due time he decided to join the Universal Christian Ecumenical Order of Knights Templar. It is engaged in organizing international volunteer assistance to Ukraine in the wake of Russia’s armed aggression, and contributes to strengthening good-neighborly relations in Europe for peace and cooperation between nations. A personality of such authority and prestige as Mykhailo Ilnytskyi is irreplaceable and invaluable to any country in the world. As a competent man with a baggage of experience and with principles, he is honest, moral, distinguished by nobility and empathy. This is the diamond of the 21st century.
The Foundation’s goals and objectives focus primarily on providing broad-based assistance to Ukraine. This assistance is understood as humanitarian, psychological, administrative and legal assistance, as well as including medical support to Ukrainian citizens residing in Ukraine and the European Union.
To achieve the objectives of the foundation is to organize and provide assistance to those affected by warfare, natural disasters and humanitarian crises. Reducing poverty and fighting social inequality by supporting charity and charitable activities are also the foundation’s tasks.
The organization’s priority activity is to launch projects related to the reconstruction of Ukraine’s resources, infrastructure and national assets. Implementing programs aimed at economic development, particularly supporting the growth of the competitiveness of the country’s small and medium-sized enterprises. To promote and support economic, commercial, political, scientific and social cooperation between representatives
of the Republic of Poland and Ukraine, including the promotion of Ukraine abroad.
Developing international economic cooperation by organizing or conducting training courses, courses, lectures, seminars, symposia, conferences, demonstrations, exhibitions, fairs, lectures, etc.
Maintaining and disseminating the traditions of Ukraine, developing national, civic and cultural awareness through the organization, promotion and participation in special events, supporting local social and local government initiatives. To support and promote comprehensive intellectual and cultural development in Ukrainian society, taking into account people with disabilities and socially vulnerable groups, and to popularize high ethical standards.
The foundation’s statutory and project goals also include influencing public opinion through the media (including Prestige Magazine’s who is who and WWW service) in presenting the values and dignity of individuals and projects in need of support.

Help for Ukraine – OSMTJ Knights Templar Commandery of Poland and Ukraine
CHAPTER I.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
§ 1
1. Help for Ukraine Foundation – OSMTJ Knights Templar Commandery of Poland and Ukraine hereinafter referred to as the Foundation is a Polish non-governmental organization, which operates under the provisions of Polish law, in particular the Act of April 6, 1984 on Foundations (i.e. Journal of Laws No. 46 of 1991, item 203 as amended), the Act of 24.IV.2003. on public benefit activity and volunteerism (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2010, No. 234, item 1536) and this Statute.
2. The Foundation is established by a notarial deed by Robert Kuchma and Mykhailo Ilnytskyi, hereinafter referred to as the Founders.
3. Funders may act through their proxies.
4. The founders shall establish the statutes of the Foundation.
§ 2
1. The Foundation shall have legal personality.
2. The Foundation shall operate in the Republic of Poland and abroad.
3. The headquarters of the Foundation is located in Wysoka Glogowska.
4. The Foundation may establish branches, delegations and representative offices in other cities in Poland and in other countries around the world.
§ 3
1. The duration of the Foundation is unlimited.
2. The Foundation shall use a seal with the inscription “OSMTJ Knights Templar Commandery of Poland and Ukraine” or “Help for Ukraine – OSMTJ Knights Templar Commandery of Poland and Ukraine” or “OSMTJ Commandery of Poland and Ukraine”.
3. The Foundation may establish badges, medals of honor, statuettes, certificates and award them along with other prizes and awards to individuals and legal entities meritorious in their activities in support of the Foundation Help for Ukraine – OSMTJ Knights Templar Commandery of Poland and Ukraine.
§ 4
The activities of the Foundation are supervised by the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
CHAPTER II.
OBJECTIVES OF THE FOUNDATION AND WAYS TO ACHIEVE THEM

1. The purpose of the Foundation is:
a) Reconstruction of Ukraine’s resources, infrastructure, and national assets.
b) reconstruction of Ukraine’s national monuments.
c) humanitarian assistance to Ukrainian citizens residing in Ukraine and the European Union.
The Help for Ukraine Foundation – OSMTJ Knights Templar Commandery of Poland and Ukraine publishes the press title Prestige Magazine who is who. The Magazine has been on the media market since 2002. During this time it has developed a brand for itself corresponding to the title. The journal is published in print and online. The Magazine’s profile is shaped by events related to the history of the Templar Order. The modern Order is mainly engaged in charitable activities and the protection
of human rights. After the recent geopolitical changes in the world, the prospect for both forms of this activity has taken on special significance for Poland and Ukraine. Prestige Magazine who is Who, inspired by the values of the medieval Order, makes the magazine’s pages available to authors who are no strangers to the Templar motto : “Non nobis Domine, non nobis, sed nomini Tuo da gloriam!” – “Not to us, O Lord, not to us, but to Your name give glory!”
