All-Ukrainian Public Association "Community and Law"
The all-Ukrainian public non-profit association “Community and Law” brings together citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and stateless persons in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Public Associations”.
The organization’s activities are of a public nature, which is reflected in its cooperation with various types of public organizations, state authorities, local government bodies, enterprises, institutions, organizations with various forms of ownership, foundations, funds registered in Ukraine or abroad
The organization is a non-entrepreneurial, non-profit society, it has freedom to choose the directions of its activities. It is based on the principles of voluntariness, self-government, free choice of territory of operation, equality before the law, lack of property interests of its members, transparency and openness in announcing its goals and tasks.
The goals promoted by the association concern the development of the legal system of Ukraine in order to better adapt it to the needs of society, encouraging and supporting scientific activities in the fields of law, economy and public administration.
Raising the standard of living and well-being of the population and ensuring guaranteed social and legal protection for Ukrainian citizens is one of the important aspects of the organization’s activities.
Strengthening democratic institutions in Ukraine is carried out through the work of non-governmental organizations, conducting scientific research in the field of development of civil society using international standards, cooperation with the mass media, including the creation of our own means of mass media communication, implementation of programs aimed at the development of culture, art, education and science.
Representatives of the non-governmental organization “Community and Law” regularly participate in scientific conferences, seminars and “round tables” devoted to human rights issues.
Within the non-governmental organization “Wspólnota i Praw” there is a Legal Support Department and the Bar Council “Wspólnota i Praw”. Representatives of the Legal Support Department and lawyers of the “Community and Law” Bar Association throughout Ukraine provide free legal consultations to citizens and help protect their rights and interests.
The “Community and Law” Association cooperates with foreign non-governmental organizations in accordance with the law and international agreements of Ukraine.

The headquarters of the Association and its bodies are located in Poland, in Wysoka Głogowska (Podkarpackie Voivodeship).
The Association, as a sovereign, independent and independent Priory, closely cooperates with international Templar organizations, including the structures of the Templar Order – an association registered in Switzerland operating under the name “Ordre Souverain et Militaire du Temple de Jérusalem”, abbreviated: “OSMTJ”.
The association operates in the territory of the Republic of Poland and abroad. Has the right to be a member of national and international organizations with a similar profile. The Association uses the income obtained from its business activities solely to achieve its statutory goals. The aim of the Association is public activity, including charity, to cultivate the tradition of the Templar Order and the ecumenical character of the Priory. This is educational work related to the goals and tasks of the Templar Order, creating a center for studies on the history of the Templar Order in the world, creating an educational center for the demands of the Templar Order, as well as restoring iconic buildings of the Templar Order in Poland and Ukraine.
The organization pursues its goals through activities such as fighting for human rights and helping those affected by the war in Ukraine, helping Ukraine rebuild after the end of the war, and providing material and financial assistance to individuals and institutions. Charitable activities, health care and social assistance are important. In order to obtain funds for aid and reconstruction of Ukraine.
The Association cooperates with other national and international organizations, including organizations of the Templar Order. Creating a strong cultural center of the Templar Order at the Priory’s headquarters is one of the priority goals of the Association, as are publishing, exhibition and press activities, and the organization of training courses devoted to the promotion of Ukraine. Projects related to organizing integration, promotional and cultural events, including extensive information activities for the benefit of society, contribute to the implementation of the Association’s statutory goals.
